The prices of products listed on our website (www.nakedwear.co) are expressed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and excludes applicable taxes, postage charges, and miscellaneous costs.
Colours of the product may differ due to colour calibration of the individual's computer and it might appear slightly different in reality. Naked Wear has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, textures, and finishes of our products on site. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
A difference of +/- 1.5" in the measurements of the product(s) stated on our website may not be considered as a defect. Minor defects such as loose threads, slight seams misalignment, dropping of buttons (which can be re-sewn on) etc. will not be considered to be a defect. These will not be considered for exchange/return/refund.
2. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash in cold by hand or on delicate/low cycle. It is recommended to overturn your apparel and wash in a laundry net. Hang to dry. Do not soak.
Should there be a need to iron, iron on low-medium heat on the reverse side of the apparel.
Naked Wear accepts payments via PAYPAL, Ibanking /Funds Transfer and Credit Cards. No cash on delivery accepted.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details for Naked Wear to process his/her order. Naked Wear will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/insufficient payment details provided.
Naked Wear wants to make you happy. Unfortunately we are unable to provide cash refunds on items once sold. Please ensure that you have read the sizing charts of each apparel before purchase.
Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange faulty/defective items for identical items, or provide you with a credit of equivalent value for use on the website. No cash refunds available. We are not able to provide your exchanges or store-credits on any reduced price, promotional or sale items.
The exchange or store credit must be requested within 10 days of purchase, with a valid proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to examine the item to see if it has been worn or used. If we determine an item to have been worn or used, we may respectfully deny the exchange or store credit.
- All apparels must be unwashed and unworn in original condition
- All hang-tags must be attached to the apparels
- Exchanges: Apparels are subjected to inspection
- Shipping costs are not refunded
If there is a violation of any of the above, we will not issue a refund and the apparel will be sent back to the customer without further compensation.
Most orders will be shipped out within 2 days upon order confirmation and payment. We are not liable for any delivery delays.

Free registered shipping for all Singapore orders $100+
Free registered shipping for all international orders $180+
Normal postage (SG only): $1.50 flat
Registered postage (SG only): $5.50 flat
International postage: $15 flat
There will be an additional charge for redelivery (if required). Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and name are accurate upon checkout.
[Note: It is recommended to opt for Registered Mail (+$4) for local delivery. Naked Wear is not liable for missing parcels by normal mail. All registered mails comes with tracking numbers.]
